Work Hard Play Hard
The most important aspect of becoming a better player is practice,practice and practice. Here is a drill that works on dribbling skills. The glasses prevent you from looking down at the ball and encourages you to lift your head up. Being able to dribble with both hand and in both directions is an essential part of the game.
The Introduction
J.J.3 stands for the third generation of ballers of the Johnson Family. Each male in the long line of Johnson's played the game all the way back to Wesley Johnson, his great grandfather.
This game is in his DNA, it's a game he loves and is constantly working to perfect. This blog will chronicle James Johnson III efforts in perfecting this game called basketball.
Born in Philadelphia but now resides in Reading Pa. His hard work and dedication to the game will constantly move him forward to the next level.
